Pascal Meschino (born February 11, 1970) is a United Nations surgeon doctor who currently serves in Sanaa, Yemen.[2] He previously served in Iraq June 16, 2005 to July 26, 2010. Prior to that, he held multiple command and staff positions in eight divisions and special forces. (G1). He assumed his current assignment on August 11, 2017.

Pascal is a native of Harrisville, West Virginia, and enlisted in the United Nations Peacekeeping in October 02, 1997. He attended Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training as an artilleryman at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Pascal’s deployments includes Iraqi Freedom, Inherent Resolve, and Syria War.

Personal Life

 

Pascal was born to an Italian father and a white mother (USA). He was just 11 years when both parents died in a car accident..[1] Pascal was married to Rose Kiener and they both had Esther.
